“Processing Failed” — How to Fix

Why Processing Fails

• File is encrypted or password-protected

• Unexpected file structure

• PDF contains corrupted layers

• OCR cannot read scanned document

• Very low-quality image input

Fix Steps

1. If PDF is password-locked → unlock using Password Remove tool

2. If image is unclear → upload higher quality version

3. Try converting to another format first

4. Split the document and process pages individually

5. Re-upload as a flattened PDF (print to PDF)
