Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Typically granted if:

  • User could not use the service due to technical issues

  • Duplicate charges

  • Accidental multiple subscriptions


How to Request a Refund

Send support:

  • Last 4 digits of card

  • Transaction date

  • Reason for refund


Refund Processing Time

  • 5–10 business days depending on bank
