Why Was I Charged After My Free Trial?

When you sign up for a free trial, the system automatically transitions to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

Common reasons:

  • You didn’t cancel before trial expiration

  • You forgot the trial signup

  • Another user using your card signed up

  • You had multiple accounts

What you can do:

  • Cancel immediately

  • Request a review for refund eligibility
