Refund eligibility depends on your usage and time since purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if:

  • You were charged but didn’t use the service

  • You forgot to cancel during trial

  • You faced technical issues that prevented file download

  • The charge is accidental or duplicated

You may not be eligible if:

  • You fully used the service

  • You converted or downloaded multiple documents

  • The charge is older than 30 days

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support with:

  • Your account email

  • The reason for refund

  • Last 4 digits of card

  • Date / amount charged

Support will review and respond within 24 hours.
