There are two common explanations:
1. Authorization Hold
Banks temporarily place a duplicate hold when:
Card used first time
Payment gateway checks the card
These disappear automatically within 3–7 days.
2. You have multiple accounts
You may have:
Signed up twice
Used two different emails
Restarted the trial more than once
What to do:
Email support with:
Email addresses used
Last 4 digits of card
Charge dates
Support will verify and refund any accidental duplicate charges.
