Why Am I Seeing a Double Charge?

There are two common explanations:

1. Authorization Hold

Banks temporarily place a duplicate hold when:

  • Card used first time

  • Payment gateway checks the card

These disappear automatically within 3–7 days.

2. You have multiple accounts

You may have:

  • Signed up twice

  • Used two different emails

  • Restarted the trial more than once

What to do:

Email support with:

  • Email addresses used

  • Last 4 digits of card

  • Charge dates

Support will verify and refund any accidental duplicate charges.
