Depending on plan, users may have limits on:

Why You May See “Limit Exceeded”

  • Too many downloads in short period

  • Large files repeatedly processed

  • Misuse flagged by automated system


What to Do

  • Wait 24 hours

  • Upgrade plan (if available)

  • Contact support to reset limit
